Limited Warranty Policy
Timbre Dynamics
Last updated: March 01, 2020
Policy Overview
Timbre Dynamics warrants its products to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for the Warranty Period. The default Warranty Period is a period of 90 days from the date of delivery to the original purchaser. If the purchaser completes the online product registration or emails us with the appropriate product information within 30 days after product delivery, the warranty period will be extended for three (3) years from the date of delivery by the original purchaser. Warranties are not transferable to any other party under any circumstances.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE POLICY WILL RESULT IN THE WARRANTY PERIOD BEING LIMITED TO A PERIOD OF 90 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.

Conditions
This Limited Warranty is also subject to the following conditions and limitations. The Limited Warranty is void and inapplicable if the product has been used or handled other than in accordance with the instructions in the product owner’s manual, or has been abused or misused, damaged by accident or neglect or in being transported, or if the product has been tampered with or service or repair of the product has been attempted or performed by anyone other than Timbre Dynamics or an authorized professional servicer pre-approved by Timbre Dynamics.

Timbre Dynamics reserves the right to modify the design of any product without notice or obligation to any persons, including previous customers.

Timbre Dynamics reserves the right to change the prices and/or specifications of any product without notice or obligation to any persons, including previous customers.

Warranty Remediation
In the event that the product fails to meet the above Limited Warranty and the conditions set forth herein have been met, the purchaser’s sole remedy under this Limited Warranty shall be to contact Timbre Dynamics within the Warranty Period for service or repair of the product. The purchaser must obtain a return authorization form from Timbre Dynamics and at the purchaser’s expense return the product to Timbre Dynamics where the defect will be remediated without charge for parts or labor.

Timbre Dynamics will make every effort to fix the product within the original product specifications; however, in the event that a faulty component is no longer available for replacement, Timbre Dynamics reserves the right to modify the design to use parts (substitution parts) that closely match that of the original design. The choice of which substitution parts are used is at the sole discretion of Timbre Dynamics. Any substitution parts will operate at or near the level of the original part.

Change Orders & Cancelations
Customers will be able to cancel or request changes to submitted orders as long as the product has not entered into the production phase. Once a product enters the production phase, orders can not be changed or canceled for any reason. Determining the point in time where the production phase begins is at the sole discretion of Timber Dynamics.
To check the status, request cancellation, or request a change to your order, simply contact us at support@timbredynamics.com and give us your order # and describe your request. We will evaluate the production status of your order, and if we are able to satisfy your request, we will send back a confirmation with instructions on how to reconcile any difference in cost related to the change. If additional funds are needed, no work will proceed without the proper prepayment of those funds in full. Refunds resulting from the change will be applied to the total due amount if charges have not yet occurred or returned via the original payment method within 30 days of the request for any payments already received.
Returns
All sales are final. Refunds or returns will not be honored without the written consent of Timber Dynamics. If a return request is accepted by Timbre Dynamics, a Return Authorization (RA) is required along with a description of why the product is being returned. Timbre Dynamics reserves the right to charge a restocking fee, not to exceed 20%, on acceptable items in new condition.
See the Shipping & Handling section of this policy for information about your responsibility on return shipping.
Terms of Payment
All products and services purchased will remain the property of Timbre Dynamics until full payment is received and accepted.

For all custom-built orders, customers will be charged in full at the time the production phase begins. For prepackaged products, the customer will be charged once the item ships.

Shipping & Handling
For all returns, shipping, handling, and delivery are the sole responsibility of the buyer unless agreed upon in writing by Timbre Dynamics. Any damage incurred during return shipment is the sole responsibility of the buyer. TImbre Dynamics highly recommends using the appropriate carrier insurance to cover any product damage or lost shipments that may occur during return shipping.

Other Conditions
ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES NOT PROVIDED FOR HEREIN ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. ANY LEGALLY IMPOSED IMPLIED WARRANTIES RELATING TO THE PRODUCT SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT EXTEND TO ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL COSTS OR DAMAGES TO THE PURCHASER.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or an exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
